Need help with Ender 3 Neo upgraded with direct extruder and double screw it - x gantry doe not stay vertical and even when I adjust it prints fail usually due to gobs of filament gooing them up

  • Problem description: Two problems: Sometimes x gantry does not stay horizontal and I am having a lot of trouble printing
  • What I tried: I have tried manually adjusting the second screw to get the x gantry horizontal. I have also tried leveling the bed many (many) times. In my last attempt at printing the filament just became string and gooked up around the nozzle.
