Newbie (Printing stl to gcode issue)

I have a Enders 3 Neo
I printed the tests that came with the printer perfectly (rabbit and boat) but when print a stl file that I have sliced into a gcode file, the filament doesn’t stick and it appears to be globbing up, the areas that do print, get picked up by the print head as it passes over.

This is a pic of some 3d letters I’m practicing with.

Looks like an adhesion issue.
Wipe the plate with some alcohol and try again. Maybe add some glue stick if needed.

That’s the printer i have. Mine came with the glass bed, and i had adhesion problems even after cleaning with alcohol, using stick glue, even hair spray. I finally tried covering the bed with blue painter’s tape, and things finally stuck. I have just bought the magnetic bed after a friend did he had no problems with it. I haven’t tried it out yet though.
