Hi all
Ender 3 v2 neo

Printed great out of the box in both PLA and PETG. Then i started getting a birdsnest around the nozzle.

Leveled the bed again manually and with the bl touch, went to do a test print and the nozzle had dug into the build plate.

Spent ages leveling and trying different things, updated the firmware from the creality site, still the same. Anyway, before it all went to crap i started getting incorrect prints

As you will see from the photo, parts go stringey.

I managed to level the bed yesterday and this is a test print i used.

Any suggestions would be great please, what am i doing wrong.

For a Slicer I have tried both Curra and Creality with the same effect.
