Problem with printing PET-G

  • Creality Ender 3:
  • Cura:
  • Nozzle: 230, Bed: 92, Speed: 50 mm/s:
  • When I try to print something on my printer, the surface turns into something ugly (pictured):
  • I tried to change the temperature of the nozzle, bed, tried to dry the paste, cleaned the nozzle, improve the cooling of the thermal barrier, change the printing speed, change the number of motor steps on the extruder. I’m already in despair and don’t know what to do…:

92º on bed is quite a high temperature for PET-G, I would lower it to 78 and increase your nozzle temperature to 242 for the first layer and then, 236 for the rest of the print job.

First layer printing speed 20mm/sec.

Layer fan OFF for the first layer, 70% on the 2nd layer.
