Question about bed levelling

Hello I am new to the forum. I have a question about how to interpret Klipper console data. When running BED_MESH_CALIBRATE, typical output line says // probe at 34.250,0.550 is z=-0.122500

Does this mean that the bed is 0.122500 mm BELOW ideal flat surface (i.e., z=0.0)? Positive number would be above? Ideally I would want all z=0.0? (I understand probably not possible) What are considered “good” values?

I am just trying to understand what all of this bed levelling data means. Thanks.
