Hardware Setup: I have installed a Creality Sprite Pro onto my Ender 3v2NEO. I have the correct MIRSOC firmware installed. I am having problems with the hot end not heating up. Whenever I try and heat it up the printer immediately turns off and turns back on again.

What I tried: I’ve been attempting re-installing firmware and plugging all the cables back in again. but still not working.
Would greatly appreciate some help.
