Hello,
I own an XYZprinting da Vinci Jr. WiFi Pro 3D printer. At some point, it started displaying a filament jam error whenever it reached a specific height during printing. I’ve checked everything. I disassembled and reassembled the print head and the motors, but I couldn’t figure out the cause of the issue. Since there’s no service available in my country, I was about to give up and discard it, but I decided to try printing with different software as a last resort.
I used Cura, and the printer worked fine without the filament jam error. However, I’m now facing issues with print quality. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
Does anyone have any suggestions, either for the original problem or for improving the print quality?
Thank you in advance!
